My Views on Urban Life

Urban life entails lots of merits. In big cities the infrastructure is well-developed, and service industry is prosperous, thus life becomes easy. You can buy and enjoy whatever you want so long as you can pay for it. In addition, jobs with high salary are usually confined to urban area.

On the other hand, however, life in urban area brings no fewer demerits. Traffic is a major concern. You either get stuck on the road or get squeezed in the subway. Pollution is much more severe in cities than in the countryside, too.

From my perspective, the advantages and disadvantages of urban life make it a double-edged sword, but I am 100% sure that if you prefer fast-paced, modern life, city is your best choice.
