It was great meeting you at the trade fair in Belgrade last week. As we discussed, I'm interested in purchasing some of your souvenir products for my gift shop in Rockford, Illinois.
We haven't been very pleased lately with the quality of merchandise from our current supplier. In fact, many of our customers have complained about the substandard items. I think that this is one of the reasons why our sales have recently declined.
Viewing your exhibit at the trade fair, I was impressed not only with the quality of the materials that you use, but also with the intricate detail in each design.
Enclosed with this letter is an order form that I downloaded from your Web site. Please let me know if you can produce the requested items for us. We are thinking of introducing your merchandise in time for the summer tourist season, when we get twice as many visitors to our location. If successful, we would be interested in developing a long-term business relationship with you.
