Questions 196-200 refer to the following two e-mails. To: Laura Godwin <godwin@lipfordtrade.com> From: Leigh Richards <richards@clevelandhotel.com> Date: Monday, July 20 Subject: Stay at Renaissance Cleveland Hotel in Ohio Date Ms. Laura Godwin, Thank you for using Renaissance Cleveland Hotel during your visit in Ohio. I trust you enjoyed your stay and had an opportunity to use many of our facilities, including our superb sauna, swimming pool, and newly remodeled restaurant. I would appreciate if you would complete a brief questionnaire evaluating our facilities and services. For your convenience, the questionnaire is available online at www. clevelandopenlist. com. If you have any difficulty in accessing the questionnaire, please send comments directly to me at richards@ clevelandhotel.com. Your comments will remain confidential and will be used only to help us improve our guest services. Sincerely, Leigh Richards General Manager To: Leigh Richards <richards@clevelandhotel.com> From: Laura Godwin <godwin@lipfordtrade.com> Date: Friday, July 24 Subject: Re: Stay at Renaissance Cleveland Hotel in Ohio Dear Mr. Leigh Richards, As I was unable to access the questionnaire online, I am sending feedback on my hotel stay directly to you. I was impressed by many of the facilities your hotel offers, but I especially enjoyed the state-of-the-art fitness center. It had three times as many machines as one normally finds in other hotels, and the 24-hour access made it possible for me to work out at any time I wished. Although I did not eat at European-style restaurant, NoMi, I did order room-service dinners from there several times and was impressed with the quality of the meals. I was less enthusiastic about your business center, which could use a few more computers and a new copier. I was also disappointed in the lack of parking facilities. Generally, I would say that the benefits of staying at your hotel far outweighed the disadvantages and that overall I had a pleasant week at the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel. As my job requires me to travel to Ohio frequently, I expect to become one of your regular guests. Best regards, Laura Godwin

单选题
What does Ms. Laura Godwin like about the hotel? A. A business center B. Parking facilities C. The extensive exercise facilities D. In-room Internet access
It had three times as many machines as one normally finds in other hotels(健身中心比其他酒店的运动器械多出3倍左右),因此(C)为正确答案。
What is most likely true about Ms. Laura Godwin? A. She does not like to exercise. B. She does not travel very often. C. She appreciated the well-equipped business center. D. She plans to stay at the hotel again.
I expect to become one of your regular guests As my job requires me to travel to Ohio frequently(工作缘故我经常前往俄亥俄州),因此(B)She does not travel very often.
