【正确答案】

The greatest wish of many people is to be the happiest person in their lives but how to realize the aspiration has remained a question for many people. Some people believe that the more you get, the much happier you are while the others think that knowing how to give can lead to real happiness. As for me, I certainly agree with the latter.

On the one hand, there is no doubt that the more you get, the happier you are. Nevertheless, it would not last long. Getting more may be able to make you the happiest person in the world but only for a while. After that, you may feel empty and what's worse, even turn to drugs just like Whitney Houston, one of the most talented female singers in America who earned a lot but did not feel happy and finally turned to drug and died. Therefore, getting more cannot make you the happiest person in the world. On the other hand, George William Curtis once said, “The fragrance always stays in the hand that gives the rose”. The happiness of giving is eternal because it not only makes you feel happy but also makes people who you give a hand be happy. They would be thankful and try their best to help you in return when you call for help.

In a word, the joy of getting more is temporary but that of giving more is everlasting. Thus, the answer to that question that how to be the happiest one in the world is to give more. The more you give, the happier you are.
