One Day without a Mobile Phone

Last Sunday,I decided to have a try of living without my mobile phone.In the morning,I couldn't check my social media as usual,but I found I had more time to enjoy a delicious breakfast.Then,I went to the park.Without the phone distraction,I fully appreciated the beautiful scenery around me.I watched the birds flying,listened to the rustling of leaves,and even had a chat with an old man there.

In the afternoon,I picked up a long -forgotten book and read it quietly.It was such a wonderful feeling to be immersed in the world of words.When evening came,I played board games with my family.We laughed a lot during the game.

That day without a mobile phone made me realize that there's a beautiful world beyond the screen.I could relax and enjoy life more.I will try to put down my phone more often in the future.
