Today Miss Zhang took us to Red Star Farm. The farm is in the west of the city. It has a lot of orchards and rice fields. We saw many animals on the farm, like hens, ducks, dogs, horses and cows... We helped the farmers with apple-picking. And then we carried the boxes of apples onto the trucks. We also learned a lot from the farmers.
