Subject: Appointment of a New Vice President
You will be pleased to learn that, effective April 5, Mr. Liu Weiping has been appointed Vice-President of the company. He will replace Mr. Zhang Guohua, who is retiring next month after 15 years of invaluable contributions to our company.
Mr. Liu will be concurrently (同时地) serving as Director of the International Division until further notice. In the meantime, we hope that you will all give Mr. Liu the same loyal support and cooperation which you gave to Mr. Zhang during his tenure (在职期间) of office. Thank you.
