New patronage figures show that the Dayton Farmers' Market has become a big success. The weekly market, which was launched at the start of the year, attracts on average 4,ooo people every Saturday. That is more than double the attendance that was initially projected.

Whatever the reason, the Dayton Farmers' Market looks set to keep growing. There are even suggestions that it may open both days of the weekend in order to cater for the increasing demand.
