无Staying Healthy
As a saying goes, no one knows the value of health until he loses it. That is, nothing is more important than staying healthy, because health is the greatest wealth. Good health means a lot to our life, work and study. And people are beginning to attach much more importance to their health these days than ever before. Then the followings are several ways to stay healthy.
First, if you want to keep healthy, what you eat is quite important. You are what you eat. It’s suggested that drink plain milk every morning be very healthy. And eat less rubbish food like chips, barbecues and various kinds of snacks which make you fat. Instead we should eat more fresh vegetables and fruits. Second, we should get proper amount of sleep, because without enough sleep, we will often feel tired and irritable. Have a nap at noon if time permits. Finally, do more exercises. It’s always desirable for you to play sports games after work or school. Exercises make you more pretty and strong. Just try to move your body when you think about being healthy.
All in all, staying healthy is quite important for us. So we need to master the art of self- discipline to develop the habits of staying healthy.
