To Be an All-round Talent

   There is no doubt that university is the hall of knowledge and also the gathering place of cultural civilization. But the opinions about the main function of a university education vary from person to person. From my own perspective, college education should help to cultivate well-rounded human beings.
   To begin with, lack of all-round talents in today's society, fully developed people are more qualified and competitive in the future job employment and development. We should be equipped with not only knowledge and skills, but also a good virtue, such as responsibility to others and society. What's more, in the future social development, what the society needs are comprehensive and high-quality talents. If it is limited to one type of skill, nothing will happen. Unfortunately, we will be eliminated by society.
   In a word, the importance of university education is not only based on how much professional knowledge the students have learned, how much technology is mastered, and more importantly, it has to facilitate students' overall development.
