It is not difficult at all for us, upon careful thought, to understand the phenomenon as depicted in the picture. To begin with, as young people, they would like to pursue a modern and fashionable life which can be satisfied only in big cities. What's more, most of the graduates thought there are more opportunities and bigger markets for them to choose in big cities.
However, they often ignore the severe competition and huge pressure in cities. In order to survive, they sometimes have to do the jobs which have nothing to do with their specialties.
In fact, as far as I am concerned, it may be an advisable choice for those graduates to work in rural areas not only because the graduates are badly needed in these areas but also because they an fully combine what they have learnt in the universities with the practical work.. And it will be also beneficial to both the graduates and the construction of new socialist countryside. Only in this way can they realize the values of their lives.
