It is important to develop true competence in new skills, not just receive a product overview. The best way to assure competence is through facilitated hands-on practice. Therefore, the new employees will have a part of training time, performing structured hands-on lab exercises that build competence, confidence, and productivity. All new employees are required to attend the seminar designated for their department, as specialized information for each department will be presented.
