Almost everyone, old or young, man or woman, likes sports. Perhaps it is mainly because sports provide enjoyment in so many ways.
Sport can be very convenient. If one is alone, jogging is enough to get one refreshed. If one does not want to pay for any sports equipment, he can still enjoy it simply by walking backward or forward, running long or short distances or running without moving forward very much.
Sports can bring other fun when played with partners. When you cooperate successfully with your team member, your happiness is beyond description though you may feel extremely tired at the same time. But even if you fail, your opponent's demonstration of skill and strength gives you great enjoyment.
Of course, even when you don't participate at all, there are spectator sports to be enjoyed. We can go to a stadium, simply switch on a radio, or most commonly watch the television.
Sports can help us appreciate ourselves and other people better, and they can bring real friendship to us.
