Children brought up in poor families usually have three advantages than those brought up in wealthy families. The first advantage lies in their strong body. As we all know, poverty-stricken children often need to do labor works hard to earn their living from an early beginning, through which their body is usually stronger than their wealthy counterparts. The second advantage can be shown in their will power. Since there are many hardships facing their existence, the poor children generally folster a strong will to overcome hardships existing in their road, while the wealthy children usually are flowers being fostered in greenhouse, very vulnerable. Last but not the least, poverty-weathered children often develop a kind of habit to keep independent. These chidren understand the meaning and importance of hard work, so they can be a helpful group to the whole society. On the contrary, the wealth-fed children usually keep dependent to parents after growning up. The once US President Abraham Lincoln is exactly such kind a model to worship, who come from a extremely poor family and become a noble man both in social status and virtue.
For the three aspects stated above, I support the given viewpoint to a great extent. But I also believe that exceptions exist, for some children from wealthy families are also very excellent in various aspects.
