Success and Chances
Success is a hot topic in human history. Different people hold different views on it. Some opinions success is the outcome of careful planning and persistent hard-work. However, I hold the opinion that truly meaningful success is come from taking risks or chances. If one can grasp the critical chance at critical time, one will have more possibilities to be successful.
To begin with, taking risks and holding chances could make being successful much easier because we become successful on our own initiative. For example, Bill Gates, the founder of Microsoft Corporation, was admitted into Harvard University when computer was developing ferociously. When he heard about the news that the first personal computer came out, he found it is a big chance immediately and he dropped out from the university to set up a company with his friends. Later, his business flourished and he occupied the seat of the world’s richest man for many years. It is because he grasped the chance that he became so successful. Likewise, in Silicon Valley, there will be some new companies are set up every day because the initiators think their ideas will work. In the competitive society, sometimes there is not enough time for us to ensure careful and consummate plan. So being brave to take risks or chances is essential for our success. Chances are easy to lose if we miss them. We have to grasp every chance at hand. If you are failed, you can learn a lesson and become mature. You can sum up your experience constantly and improve the efficiency of your work.
To sum up, if you have a high level’s vision of success, surely taking risks or chances is more helpful than careful planning. In other words, you need to do the things as the chance appears than to think again and again till you get enough confidence. Taking risks or chances could make your success become easier, save your time and give you the right way to the success you like.
