Nowadays, more and more people, especially youngsters are attracted to many dangerous activities, such as bungee jumping and car racing. Wondering why? Among various motives that spur people to perform dangerous activities are social pressure, human's instincts and money.
With the world getting more and more competitive, the burdens on people's shoulders become heavier and heavier. For some people, the best way to relax and get relieved is to go in for dangerous activities, for while doing something dangerous, one is more likely to forget the anxiety by fierce concentration. In this way, people relieve all their unhappiness and trouble in their work and lives.
In addition, to take risk and challenge new things is part of human's instincts. People always like to do something new, especially popular ones. Doing dangerous sports are regarded as a way of pursuing excitement and showing dash and daring, which can not be resisted by those who are fond of adventures.
Another reason to push people forward to do dangerous sports is the money and profits they can get. In most TV shows, young people are encouraged to do the utmost dangerous activities by the promised high pays. Being tempted by money, they take risks and try the impossible regardless of the cost and consequences.
As far as I am concerned, I do not like the dangerous activities. People should realize the countless disadvantages and make a reasonable judgment. Some safer activities can also help people to get relieved and should be encouraged and developed afterwards.
