YES Being ready to be parents makes better mothers and fathers, because they would devote more time and energy to their family than their younger counterparts. After waiting for years for a baby to come along, mature parents are more likely to deliver quality family education to their children. Another advantage of becoming parents late is financial security, which is deemed to exert positive influence on child raising. In terms of reproduction, more and more women are concentrating on their own career and development so that they can invest more in their children. NO If women decide to have their babies late in life, they may have to face some pregnancy problems such as low fertility, higher risk of diseases and genetic disorder. As fertility declines with age, delaying pregnancy also means that many couples may experience this difficulty. Couples having kids late in life not only confront with health challenges in midlife, but also have to deal with their retirement life as their children are not old enough or don't have the ability to support them. From the social perspective, late childbirth in life may decrease the birth rate and labor force will be short in the near future.

And the Trademark Office, and Trademark Review and Adjudication Board together decided 2,800 cases against bad faith trade mark filings. A new trade mark law, which came into force in May 2014, introduced more severe punishments for repeated infringements and raised the amount of fines from 500,000 RMB (51,501 pounds) to 3 million (300,000 pounds).
