The hotel runs an open-air courtyard cafe just outside the main ballrooms, but there isn't much seating space— only about 100 chairs. A more spacious and elegant choice would be the Grand International Restaurant, but it's on the third floor, on the other side of the hotel. I'll leave it to you to decide which location would be best for the introductory luncheon on the first day. And, of course, I still haven't heard when exactly the conference will be held. To answer your last question—yes, a date for the conference has been set. It will run from Friday, February 16, to Sunday, February 18. I've already called Regina, and everything is arranged. As for Friday's luncheon, I believe the outdoor dining area will be adequate. We don't expect more than 80 participants to be there for the introductory event.
