阅读理解EThe idea of renting clothes might seem strange to some, but it's certainly not unheard of. Weddings, formal occasions, a fancy-dress party .. people rent clothes for these occasions all the time. But now some people are also renting clothes for everyday life, like friend gatherings, family trips or anytime they don't want to be the same, they choose to rent clothes instead of buying them.As we know, the whole idea behind Fast Fashion is to wear clothes two or three times and then throw them away. This is where renting makes more sense. Many businesses have shown up over the last few years offering customers some kinds of dresses, which would only be voguish for one season. This way, one dress can be rented and worn by dozens of people, stopping each person from buying it themselves. With a recent study showing that half of the young women polled said they felt the need to wear a different look every time they went out, renting clothes might just be the answer to the Fast Fashion problem. Not only can renting clothes be better for the environment, but consumers can also save money, and open up space in their home.56. What is the Dew trend in renting clothes nowadays?

阅读理解 Researchers have found that REM (rapid eye movement) sleep is important to human beings. This type of sleep generally occurs four or five times during one night of sleep, lasting five minutes to forty minutes for each occurrence. The deeper a person's sleep becomes, the longer the periods of rapid eye movement. There are physical changes in the body to show that a person has changed from NREM (non-rapid eye movement) to REM sleep. Breathing becomes faster, the heart rate increases, and, as the name implies, the eyes begin to move quickly. Accompanying these physical changes in the body is a very important characteristic of REM sleep. It is during REM sleep that a person dreams.

阅读理解 I strongly believe that understanding is more important than love, especially when it comes to parenting and intimate relationships. As a psychologist for more than twenty years I can tell you that I have never had an adult looking back at her childhood and complaining that her parents were too understanding. And similarly, I have met many divorced people who still love each other but yet they never really understood each other. The painful reality is that love is just not enough. I'll admit that there are people who I love and who I still need to better understand. I hope I'll continue my work to understand them. The willingness to understand is very important. It is not always easy, but healthy love is strengthened by the willingness to understand. Love without understanding will wilt like flowers without water. Our egos are what seem to get in the way of understanding those who we love and care about. Often it is our need to be right that makes what others think and feel so wrong for us. I have certainly been quite guilty of this in some of my relationships. As I have written repeatedly in my books, empathy, is truly the emotional glue that holds all close relationships together. Empathy allows us to slow down and try to walk in the shoes of those we love. The deeper our empathy, the deeper—and healthier—our love. Not all relationships are meant to be. Yet all relationships that are meant to flourish in a healthy way, must stress understanding just as much, if not more, than love.
