摘要
介绍了利用磁流体动力学、热力学理论,研究旋转轴磁流体静密封轴向承压能力的结果。推导出单级磁流体密封轴向承压能力的数学表达式为Δp=(μ0xm+1)MΔH。分析了磁流体密度、磁性能、密封结构对承压能力的影响,为磁流体密封结构的优化设计提供了理论依据。
Using magnetic fluid dynamics and thermodynamics theory, a study on the results of axial bearing pressure ability of rotation axis magnetic fluid static seals was introduced. Mathematical expression for it was derived, which was ,and influence of density of magnetic fluid, magnetic performance and sealing structure on bearing pressure ability was analyzed. It provides theoretical basis for optimal design of magnetic fluid sealing structure.
