几种观赏型沉水植物对富营养化蓝绿藻类的抑制作用 被引量:10

摘要 一些大型沉水植物种类的存在对"水华"藻类的生长具有抑制作用,其主要机制是水生高等植物不仅与藻类竞争营养、光照和生长空间等生态资源,而且还可以向水中分泌具有抑制藻类生长的化感物质。通过连续滴加种植水的方式研究了3种观赏型沉水植物矮慈菇(Sagittaria pygmaea Miq)、杉叶藻(Hippuris vulgaris.)、石龙尾(Limnophila heterophylla)对5种富营养化淡水藻,蓝藻:铜绿微囊藻(Microcystis aerugnasa)、纤维席藻(Phormidium tenue);绿藻:衣藻(Chlamy domonas sajao)、四尾栅藻(Scenedesmus quaclricauda)、小球藻(Chlorella pyrenoidosa)的抑制作用。研究结果表明:(1)矮慈菇种植水对铜绿微囊藻、四尾栅藻、纤维席藻的生长没有影响,对小球藻的生长具有促进作用,对衣藻的生长具有明显的抑制作用;(2)杉叶藻种植水小球藻、衣藻和纤维席藻的生长没有影响,对四尾栅藻的生长具有促进作用,对铜绿微囊藻生长具有明显的抑制作用;(3)石龙尾种植水对小球藻、四尾栅藻、纤维席藻都具有明显的抑制作用,对铜绿微囊藻的生长没有影响,对衣藻的生长具有促进作用。3种沉水植物中,石龙尾的抑藻能力最强,矮慈菇和杉叶藻次之,石龙尾的化感抑藻效应更具有广谱性,在富营养化水体中与蓝绿藻类的竞争更具有优势,比较适用于改善城市景观水体水环境质量。 Some submerged macrophytes may inhibit the growth of Eutrophic algae by excreting allelopathic substance. Allelopathic inhibition of three submerged macrophytes (Sagittaria pygmaea Miq, Hippuris vulgaris., Limnophila heterophylla) on five eutrophic algae Chlamy domonas sajao、Microcystis aerugnasa、Phormidium tenue、Scenedesmus quaclricauda、Chlorella pyrenoidosa are investigated by the form of adding planted water continuously. The research results indicate that: (1) The planted water of Sagittaria pygmaea Miq inhibited the growth of Chlamy domonas sajao and obviously accelerated the growth of Chlorella pyrenoidosa , but it has no effect on the growth of Microcystis aerugnasa、Scenedesmus quaclricauda and Phormidium tenue. (2) The planted water of Hippuris vulgaris inhibited the growth of Microcystis aerugnasa and obviously accelerated the growth of Scenedesmus quaclricauda, but it has no effect on the growth of Chlorella pyrenoidosa、Chlamy domonas sajao and Phormidium tenue. (3) The planted water of Limnophila heterophylla inhibited the growth of Chlorella pyrenoidosa、Scenedesmus quaclricauda and Phormidium tenue, without any effect on Microcystis aerugnasa, but accelerated the growth of Chlamy domonas sajao. Of the three submerged macrophytes, Limnophila heterophylla has the strongest inhibition on Eutrophic algae, and has wider allelopathic effects. Limnophila heterophylla compete with algae more predominant, and it should be used to inhibit excessive growth of algae in Eutrophic water body.
