花生四烯酸发酵过程动力学模型 被引量:3

摘要 通过对被孢霉发酵生产花生四烯酸过程的分析,建立了菌体生长、油脂形成动力学模型。应用实验数据回归了动力学模型参数,并将模型预测值与实验值进行了比较。结果表明,模型预测值与实验值较吻合。 The fermentation process for producing arachidonic acid by Mortierella was analyzed. The kinetic models of cell growth and lipid formation were established, and the model parameters were regressed with the experimental data. The simulated curves by the models were in good agreement with the experimental data.
