摘要
以玉米秸秆为原料,经多菌体发酵生产蛋白饲料。在对培养基进行简单优化的基础上,通过正交试验分析木霉、青霉、黑曲霉接种量,青霉、酵母接入时间和发酵时间对该试验的影响,得出最佳发酵工艺。结果显示,发酵固形物蛋白含量普遍降低,发酵液中可溶性蛋白含量最高为512.36μg/ml,与发酵前相比,增幅为112.4%,还原糖含量与发酵前相比有所降低。
The protein feed was converted by corn stalk fermented with multi-bacteria, On the basis of simply optimized medium, the optimum fermentation process was educed by analyzing the effect of Trichoderma inoculum, Penicillium inoculum, Aspergillus Niger inoculum, and the respective inoculating time of Penicillium and yeast as well as its fermentation time on this experiment through an orthogonal experiment. The results show that protein content of fermentation solids generally is reduced generally after this experiment, and the maximum content of soluble protein was up to 512.36 μg/ml, with an increase of 112.4% compared with that before fermentation, and the reducing sugar content basically decreased than that before fermentation.
