摘要
为探讨玉米芯综合利用的潜力,以玉米芯中分别加入豆粕、花生粕、麸皮和玉米粉为发酵原料,选用酵母菌、乳酸菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、黑曲霉进行单菌和混合菌固态发酵。结果表明,纯玉米芯在自然条件下,好氧发酵有利于提高粗蛋白质的含量,厌氧发酵有利于提高还原糖的含量;玉米芯中加入蛋白质源饲料辅料(花生粕和豆粕)后,酵母菌和乳酸菌混合厌氧发酵有利于提高粗蛋白质的含量,黑曲霉好氧发酵有利于提高还原糖的含量;玉米芯中加入能量饲料辅料(麸皮和玉米粉)后,黑曲霉发酵有利于提高粗蛋白质的含量。
Corncob, soybean meal, peanut meal, wheat bran and corn flour was chosen as the raw material, yeast, lactic acid bacteria, Pacillus subtilis and Aspergillus niger were chosen by single bacteria and mixed bacteria for solid-state fermentation. The results showed that the fermentation of pure corncob under natural conditions, aerobic fermentation improved crude protein content and anaerobic fermation improved reduced sugar content; anaerobic fermentation of mixed yeast and lactic acid bacteria increased crude protein content, aerobic fermentation of Aspergillus niger increased reduced sugar content when corncob was added with protein accessories (peanut meal and soybean meal); aerobic fermentation of Aspergillus niger increased crude protein content when corncob was added with energy accessories (wheat bran and corn flour).
