钢坯加热过程板坯内部温度预报与试验验证 被引量:2

Prediction of Internal Temperature of Slab During Reheating and Experimental Validation

摘要 建立了钢坯在步进梁式加热炉中加热过程的温度模型,采用控制容积法建立钢坯截面的二维传热数学模型,最终预报钢坯横截面温度分布随加热时间的变化规律。炉气与钢坯表面的换热方式主要考虑辐射传热,用Matlab语言编写了温度场的计算机程序。以宽厚板轧机钢坯加热炉"黑匣子"温度测试数据为基础对钢坯温度进行模拟,将模拟温度与实测温度对比后证明模型预报精度较高,基本满足预报要求。 A temperature model for slabs in walking beam re-heating furnace was established, which can predict temperature distribution of cross-section by a two-dimensional heat transfer mathematical model with finite volume method. The way of heat transferring between the gas and slab is mainly radiation heat transfer, and a computer program about temperature field was made by Matlab. In this paper, a simulation to slab temperature was conducted based on the "black box" temperature data of heavy plate mill, and predicted value is compared with actually measured temperature.
