摘要
近年来发现,中医通络疗法不仅对2型糖尿病后期并发症阶段有效,在疾病早期亦展现良好疗效。通过分析"新病入络"与2型糖尿病早期病机的相关性,并结合现代医学研究中早期高血糖即存在胰腺微血管病变的认识,提出"新病入络"是2型糖尿病早期病机之一。认为在2型糖尿病早期治疗中以"通络"为总则,应对证灵活选用补益通络、清热通络、活血开郁通络、祛湿通络之法。
In recent years,it has been noticed that traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)dredging collateral therapy is not only effective to complications of type 2 diabetes in advanced stage,but also shows good efficacy in the early stages of the disease.By analyzing the correlation between the"new disease invading the collaterals"and the early pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes,and combining the recognition of the existence of pancreatic microangiopathy in early hyperglycemia in modern medical research,it is proposed that the"new disease invading the collaterals"is one of the early pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes.It is believed that in the early treatment of type 2 diabetes,"dredging collateral"is the general rule,and the methods of tonifying and dredging collateral,clearing heat and dredging collateral,promoting blood circulation,opening depression and dredging collateral,and removing dampness and dredging collateral should be flexibly selected according to the syndrome.
