摘要
针对零备件数字化制造项目建设过程中,需要结合实际进行配置,调整支撑运营的集成信息系统的要求,分析了零备件数字化制造基础数据定义,针对零备件制造业务具有多品种、小批量的特点,阐述了零备件数字化制造的重要性和基本特点,使工作开展能够以所得结果作为制造业生产的依据,贯穿于制造全过程,以此实现全过程的优化和调整,避免行业出现脱节情况,以期能够为相关人员提供参考。
In the process of constructing a digital manufacturing project for spare parts,it is important to configure and adjust the integrated information system to support operations according to the actual situation.This enables the entire process of digital manufacturing construction to be realised.This paper analyzes the definition of basic data in digital manufacturing of spare parts.Considering the characteristics of spare parts manufacturing business,which involve multiple varieties and small batches,the paper explains the importance and basic characteristics of digital manufacturing of spare parts.The aim is to enable work to be carried out on the basis of the results obtained in the manufacturing industry and run through the entire manufacturing process.This facilitates the optimization and adjustment of the entire process,avoids industry disconnection,and provides a reference for relevant personnel.
