基于ANSYS分析的可旋转运输驮架研究

Research on Rotatable Transport Rack Device Based on ANSYS Analysis

摘要 以800吨级单双线箱梁为基础,分析在不同工况下的转场需求,设计了一款可用于隧道架梁的可旋转运输驮架,通过3种工况分析后对其结构设计方案进行了终选。应用有限元软件ANSYS对驮架强度、刚度进行了校核并通过探伤检测验收,结果表明运输驮架在正常工况和隧道工况受力、变形情况均在安全范围内,探伤检测为合格,可用于实际使用。 Based on the 800-tons single-double-line box beam,this paper analyzes the transition requirements under different operating conditions,and designs a rotating transport rack that can be used for tunnel girders.The final structural scheme has been fixed according to three kinds of condition analysis.ANSYS has been used to simulate and verify the strength,stiffness of the rack.The results show that the resilience force and the deformation of the transport rack lay in the safety range for both normal working conditions and tunnel operating conditions.It passes the flaw test,and can be used for practical use.
