摘要
为实现回转窑运行状态的实时监测,分析了主要故障模式下托轮的受力情况,得出回转窑筒体弯曲变形和中心线偏移与托轮挠度的对应关系,指出托轮位移信号中包含了筒体频率成分和托轮频率成分。通过仿真对比,分析了CEEMD(complementary ensemble empirical mode decomposition)方法对托轮位移信号进行故障特征信息提取的可行性。在此基础上,提出了通过托轮位移变化反映回转窑故障信息的监测方法,设计了回转窑托轮挠度监测系统,实现对故障信息提取和运行状态评估。试验分析结果表明:该监测系统可以正确评估回转窑的故障情况。
To realize the real-time monitoring of the operation of rotary kiln,the stress of the supporting roller under the main failure mode has been analyzed.The corresponding relationship between the bending deformation of the rotary kiln cylinder and the deflection of the supporting roller has been obtained,which demonstrates that the displacement signal of the supporting roller contains the frequency component from both the cylinder and the supporting roller.The feasibility of extracting fault information from the bracket displacement signal by the CEEMD method is analyzed in simulation.Accordingly,a monitoring method displaying the fault information of rotary kiln by adjusting the displacement of the supporting roller,and a monitoring system for detecting the deflection of the supporting roller of rotary kiln have been built up.Thus,the operation status can be evaluated using such developed systems.The test results verifies that the monitoring system can correctly evaluate the failure of the rotary kiln.
