摘要
针对某连退线立式活套带钢跑偏问题,对其影响因素进行了分析,利用理论计算和数据测量的方法,发现轨道垂直度与直线度、活套小车水平度、导轮间隙是影响该机组活套带钢跑偏的重要因素。为此,提出了有效调整方法,解决了活套带钢跑偏问题。
In order to solve the problem of the strip running deviation in the vertical loop in a continuous annealing line,the influence factors were analyzed.Using the theoretical calculation and data measurement method,the important factors of the verticality and straightness of the orbit,the level of the loop car and the gap of the guide wheel were found.To this end,some effective adjustment methods were proposed to solve the problem of the strip running deviation in the vertical loop.
