摘要
针对Gleeble 3800热模拟试验机通用单元只能模拟单道次压缩试验,进行多道次压缩试验需将通用单元更换为液压楔单元费力费时的缺点,详细分析了Gleeble 3800热模拟试验机的液压动力系统和高速伺服阀快速压缩试验过程中的响应能力,通过控制位移(stroke)传感器的参数设置和空气锤夹持试样相结的方式,实现了多道次压缩试验的物理模拟。
In view of the shortcomings of only simulating the single pass compression test of the mobile conversion unit of Gleeble 3800 thermal simulation test machine,and the multi-pass compression test needs to replace the mobile conversion unit with the hydraulic wedge unit,which is laborious and time-consuming,the response ability of high speed servo valve and hydraulic system of the Gleeble 3800 thermal simulated test machine in rapid compression tests were analyzed in detail.The physical simulation of the multi-pass compression test was realized by controlling the parameter setting of the stroke sensor and the air hammer clamping sample.
