摘要
在“三权分置”背景下,农地资源的资本属性被激活,数字普惠金融的发展不断改善着农民的生产生活方式,在无形之中逐步融入农地流转的交易过程,进而影响农地资本化收益。利用“中国家庭追踪调查”(CFPS)数据将农地细分为三类,并结合当期年份“中国数字普惠金融指数”(PKU-DFIIC)探讨数字普惠金融对农地资本化收益的影响及传导机制可知,增强农地保障依赖性和增加农村劳动力收入是数字普惠金融提升农地资本化收益的重要路径。因此,应提高数字金融与乡村的适配度,深化数字普惠金融与农村劳动力就业、农地资源碎片化整治的融合,进而巩固农民增收与农地的多重关系。
Under the background of"three rights separation",the capitalization of farmland resources in China has been activated,and the development of digital inclusive finance has been continuously improving the production and living styles of farmers.It has gradually integrated into the transaction process of farmland circulation,and thus affects the capitalization benefits of farmland.Using the data from the"China Family Panel Studies"(CFPS)and dividing farmland into three categories,this study explores the impact of digital inclusive finance on the capitalization benefits of farmland and its transmission mechanism by combining the"The Peking University Digital Financial Inclusion Index of China"(PKU-DFIIC)in the current year.The results show that enhancing the dependence on farmland security and increasing rural labor force income are important paths for digital inclusive finance to improve the capitalization benefits of farmland.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the compatibility between digital finance and the rural area,deepen the integration of digital inclusive finance with rural labor employment and the fragmented treatment of farmland resources,and thereby consolidate the multiple relationships between farmers'income increase and farmland.
