摘要
癌症恶病质主要特点是由于摄入减少和机体代谢紊乱而导致的负氮平衡和负能量平衡,主要表现为机体骨骼肌质量进行性丢失,同时伴有或不伴脂肪质量的下降,而且这种骨骼肌或脂肪的丢失往往不能通过传统的营养支持得到完全纠正。导致癌症恶病质的因素较多,并且恶病质可以进一步导致机体器官功能障碍。本文主要从癌症恶病质的诊断标准、发病机制、药物防治、中医治疗与研究等方面作一综述,并对恶病质研究发展方向作了展望。
Cancer cachexia is characterized by negative nitrogen balance and negative energy balance due to reduced intake and metabolic disorders,and is mainly manifested by progressive loss of skeletal muscle mass caused by multiple factors,with or without a decline in fat quality.And the loss of skeletal muscle mass and fat quality usually fails in complete correction by traditional nutritional support.The cancer cachexia can further lead to multiple organ dysfunction.In recent years,some progress has been made in the study of cancer cachexia.In this article,we reviewed the diagnostic criteria,pathogenesis,drug prevention and treatment,TCM treatment and research of cancer cachexia,and the development direction of cachexia research was also prospected.
