摘要
目的:分析伊伐布雷定联合尼可地尔对冠心病(CHD)经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)术后患者心功能及运动耐力的影响。方法:选取2016年4月—2018年3月于我院行PCI治疗的CHD患者88例。按随机数字表法分为两组,各44例。对照组予以尼可地尔(5 mg,tid)治疗,观察组采用伊伐布雷定(2.5 mg,bid)+尼可地尔治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后心功能[左心室收缩末内径(LVESD)、左心室舒张末内经(LVEDD)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)]及6 min步行试验距离。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组LVESD、LVEDD值低于对照组,LVEF值高于对照组,6 min步行试验距离远于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:伊伐布雷定联合尼可地尔应用于CHD PCI术后患者,可改善心功能及运动耐力,提高临床治疗效果。
Objective:To analyze the effect of ivabradine combined with nicorandil on cardiac functions and exercise endurance in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:88 patients with CHD who underwent PCI in our hospital from April 2016 to March 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups:a control group and an observation group,44 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with nicorandil(5 mg,tid),and the patients in the observation group were treated with ivabradine(2.5 mg,bid)and nicorandil.The clinical efficacy,cardiac functions before and after treatment[left ventricular end-systolic inner diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)]and 6-min walking test distance were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the values of LVESD and LVEDD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the value of LVEF was higher than that in the control group,and the 6-min walking test distance was far longer than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ivabradine combined with nicorandil can improve cardiac functions and exercise endurance and improve the effect of the clinical treatment in the patients with CHD after PCI.
