摘要
目的分析优生遗传咨询中应用大样本孕前保健检查临床价值及对产妇妊娠结局、并发症的影响。方法选取2017年6月至2019年6月期间于我院进行优生遗传咨询的100例产妇纳入研究对象中的观察组,另选同期未实施优生遗传咨询的100例产妇纳入对照组。观察组备孕前3个月实施健康教育、常规保健、辅助检查,并结合孕前检查评估结果对产妇妊娠风险进行分析,提出相应的优生遗传咨询建议。对比两组产妇不同孕前筛查模式下妊娠结局、并发症及新生儿预后情况的差异。结果观察组优生遗传咨询后所采取措施率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产妇不良妊娠结局发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组新生儿并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参考孕前保健检查结果提供优生遗传咨询可降低产妇终止妊娠率,改善产妇妊娠结局并降低新生儿风险事件的发生,临床推广价值显著。
Objective:To analyze the clinical value of large sample prenatal health examination in eugenic genetic counseling and its influence on pregnancy outcome and complications of pregnant women.Methods:100 pregnant women who received eugenic genetic counseling in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the observation group,and 100 pregnant women who did not receive eugenic genetic counseling in the same period were selected as the control group.In the observation group,health education,routine health care and assistant examination were carried out three months before pregnancy preparation,and the risk of pregnant women was analyzed based on the results of prenatal examination and evaluation,and the corresponding genetic counseling suggestions for eugenics were put forward.The differences of pregnancy outcome,complications and neonatal prognosis between the two groups under different prenatal screening modes were compared.Results:The rate of measures taken after eugenic genetic counseling in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);and the incidence of neonatal complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Referring to the results of prenatal health care examination,providing eugenic genetic counseling can reduce the termination rate of pregnancy,improve the outcome of pregnancy and reduce the incidence of neonatal risk events,which is of great clinical value.
