摘要
目的评价经阴道超声检查对高龄女性不孕症患者的应用效果。方法采用前瞻性随机对照方法,选择2017年6月~2018年6月在本院诊治的78名年龄>35岁的女性不孕症患者为观察组,同时以78名年龄>35岁正常育龄女性做为对照组,对两组调查对象采用阴道超声检查卵泡发育情况、子宫内膜超声类型、卵泡直径及子宫内膜厚度,数据均采用SPSS22.0软件进行统计学分析。结果观察组卵泡未发育数占比高于对照组(χ2=10.029,P=0.002),而卵泡成熟数占比低于对照组(χ2=13.708,P<0.001),但两组的无优势卵泡数占比差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.844,P=0.174),观察组三线征数占比高于对照组,而均质征数占比低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.695,P=0.006),观察组排卵前卵泡直径差异低于对照组(t=-15.114,P<0.001),子宫内膜厚度低于对照组(t=-3.175,P=0.002)。结论采用经阴道超声检查高龄女性不孕症患者及正常育龄女性的卵泡发育情况、子宫内膜超声类型、卵泡直径及子宫内膜厚度等具有一定差异,结果为高龄女性不孕症患者的诊治提供一定参考依据,确切的应用价值期待更大样本量的深入研究。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of transvaginal ultrasonography in the treatment of elderly female infertility.Methods:A prospective randomized controlled study was conducted to select 78 female infertility patients aged over 35 years who were treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 as observation group,at the same time,78 normal women of childbearing age at the age of>35 were used as the control group.The subjects were examined by vaginal ultrasound to examine the follicular development,endometrial ultrasound type,follicle diameter and endometrial thickness.Data were analyzed by SPSS22.0 software.Results:The proportion of undeveloped follicles in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(χ~2=10.029,P=0.002),while the proportion of mature follicles was lower than that in the control group(χ~2=13.708,P<0.001),but there was no significant difference in the proportion of non-dominant follicles between the two groups(χ~2=1.844,P=0.174),and the proportion of the three lines in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the proportion of the mean number was compared to the control group(χ~2=7.695,P=0.006).The difference of follicle diameter before ovulation in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(t=-15.114,P<0.001),and the thickness of the endometrium was lower than that of the control group(t=-3.175,P=0.002).Conclusion:The follicular development,endometrial ultrasound type,follicle diameter and endometrial thickness of the elderly female infertility patients and normal women of childbearing age are different by transvaginal ultrasound.The results provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of the elderly women with infertility,and the exact value of application is greater.A thorough study of the sample size.
