摘要
黄褐斑是一种常见的获得性色素增多性皮肤病,严重影响患者外观和生活质量,治疗的需求迫切。但由于黄褐斑的发病机制复杂,涉及光老化、遗传、内分泌、炎症反应等多个方面,单一治疗的效果不理想,需要多靶点、多种手段的联合治疗。借助先进的无创性检测手段可以透过临床表型看到黄褐斑的实质,辅助黄褐斑的临床诊断、分期及分型,指导治疗方法的选择并可以监测疗效和不良反应,为黄褐斑的临床诊治提供了有利的工具。
Melasma is a common acquired pigmentary dermatosis,which greatly affects the patients′appearance and quality of life,with pressing demand for treatment.However,the complex pathogenesis including photoaging,genetic factors,endocrine factors and inflammation makes the treatment especially difficult.Single method usually has limited effect,so multiple treatment strategies targeting different etiologies must be combined together for better results.At present,using the noninvasive skin measurements to better understand the possible mechanism behind the phenotype of melasma,which play an important role in the diagnosis,classification,guiding the treatment strategies and monitor the adverse events for melasma.
