摘要
总结王平教授治疗巨大型腰椎间盘突出症的临证经验。巨大型腰椎间盘突出症具有西医手术指征,临证时结合患者病理发展进程及证候特点,遵循筋骨并重的治疗原则,以痛为先,以通为用,以荣为本,治疗以“舒筋、正骨、通调”三联疗法为基础,将针刺、手法与中药内服相结合,内外兼治,筋骨并重。经治后患者巨大腰椎间盘突出重吸收现象显著,症状改善明显,为本病保守治疗拓宽了思路。
Summarize Professor WANG Ping’s clinical experience in treating huge lumbar disc herniation.Huge lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is indicated by Western medicine surgery.The treatment is based on the pathological development process and syndrome characteristics of the patient and follows the principle of treating both muscles and bones.Based on the triple therapy of“Tin,Bone Setting,and Tuning”,it combines acupuncture,manipulation and oral administration of TCM medicine to treat both internally and externally,with the theory of equal emphasis on muscles and bones.After treatment,the patient’s huge lumbar disc herniation was reabsorbed significantly,and the symptoms improved significantly,which broadened the mindset for conservative treatment of the disease.
