摘要
教育正义具备理想和实践两个维度,理想维度的教育正义是一种实现公平的正义,实践维度的教育正义是通过制度变革来进行教育补偿、消除看得见的不正义及提升消除不正义的能力,体现了制度变革与行动能力提升的一致性。基于教育正义,在推进共同富裕进程中,职业教育可以发挥其促进弱势群体人力资本水平提升、弱势群体创富能力提升及弱势群体价值理念及精神面貌重塑等作用。因此,职业教育在助力共同富裕实践中,应按照教育正义的要求,构建职业教育全民化、普惠化、终身化、多样化、技能化、公共产品化等理念,从行业办学、纵横融通体系、五年一贯制办学模式、入学模式、县域职教体系等方面进行改革。
Education justice has two problems: ideal and practice. The ideal dimension of education justice is a kind of justice to achieve fairness. The practical dimension of education justice is to carry out education compensation, eliminate visible injustice and improve the ability to eliminate injustice through institutional change, which reflects the consistency between institutional change and the improvement of action ability. Based on educational justice, in the process of promoting common prosperity, vocational education can play its role in promoting the improvement of human capital level of vulnerable groups, enhancing the ability of vulnerable groups to create wealth, and reshaping the values and spiritual outlook of vulnerable groups. Therefore, vocational education should play its role in helping the practice of common prosperity. In accordance with the requirements of education justice, we should build the concept of developing vocational education into a universal, inclusive, life-long, diversified, skilled, and public product, and reform it from the aspects of industry education,vertical and horizontal integration, five-year consistent education, enrollment, and county vocational education system.
