摘要
当前,深刻的技术变革、激烈的人才竞争、弹性的就业创业正在重塑工作世界,亟待培养更多具备职业行动能力的高素质技术技能人才。学徒制作为最具职业教育类型特色的人才培养模式,必须顺应历史发展规律,坚持知行合一的行动导向,实现观念指导操作、操作界说观念,才能增强自身适应性。应结合我国实际,批判性地借鉴国际成功经验和典型做法,通过健全加强知行并重的顶层设计、灵活设计知行互融的培养路径、全面拓展知行共济的保障力量,构建一条具有中国特色的行动导向学徒制发展之路。
The profound changes of technology, fierce competition for talents and flexible employment and entrepreneurship are reshaping the world of work nowadays, requiring cultivating more high-quality talents with vocational action competence. Apprenticeship, as a kind of talent cultivating mode with typological characteristic of vocation education, is supposed to conform to the law of historical development and stick to action orientation with the unity of knowing with doing, realizing that thinking guides operating and operating defines thinking.Only in this way can apprenticeship strengthen its own adaptability. The next steps are to draw on European Apprenticeships’ successful experiences and typical practices critically in combination with actual conditions of China, improve top-level design with attaching equal importance to both knowing and doing, vary cultivating paths with knowing and doing merging each other and enhance safeguard mechanism with bilateral aid from knowing and doing, finally constructing an action-oriented development paths of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics.
