摘要
在珠澳跨境电商产业迅猛发展、产教融合校企合作育人深化、区域职业教育快速发展、学校专业改革发展进一步深化的推动下,以三螺旋理论为指导,按照“面向需求、服务澳门”“产教融合、育人为本”“共商共管、共建共享”的原则,广东科学技术职业学院创新校企“共同管理、共建专业、共设基地、共组团队、共享资源、共创成果、共育人才、共担责任”及“跨境主体协同、校内外场地协同、珠澳项目协同、校企资金协同、跨境师资协同、学生管理协同”的运行机制,构建了珠澳跨境电商产业学院。该产业学院的实践路径为:优化人才培养模式、加强专业建设与改革、强化教师创新团队建设、积极开发课程资源、打造实习实训基地。
Under the impetus of the rapid development of the cross-border e-commerce industry in Zhuhai and Macao,the deepening of school-enterprise cooperation and industry-education integration,the rapid development of regional vocational education,and the further deepening of reform and development of specialties,guided by the triple helix theory,in accordance with the“orienting to needs,serving Macao”,“industry-education integration,and educating people first”,“co-consultation,co-management,co-construction and sharing”.Guangdong Polytechnic of Science and Technology innovated school-enterprise operation mechanism of“co-management,co-construction of majors,co-establishment of bases,co-organization of teams,sharing of resources,co-creation of achievements,co-cultivating talents and sharing responsibilities”and“cross-border subject coordination,internal and external venue coordination,Zhuhai-Macao project coordination,school-enterprise fund coordination,cross-border teacher coordination,and student management coordination”,and has built Zhuhai-Macao cross-border e-commerce industry college.The practice paths of the industrial college are optimizing the talent training mode,strengthening construction and reform of specialties,strengthening the construction of teachers’innovative team,actively developing course resources,and building a practical training base.
