摘要
利用数据采集和数据分析方式,对中国职业教育跨境输出进行研究发现:中国职业教育跨境输出存在显著的空间差异性,输出来源省份以东部沿海地区居多,输出目标国家地理分布以东南亚国家为主,输出专业与中国企业对外投资趋向基本吻合,输出模式采用承办对外援助、招收留学生、境外办学、输出标准和搭建国际合作平台等多种形式。中国职业教育跨境输出面临职教师资实践经验缺乏、专项政策支持较少、校企合作深入程度不够等问题。面向未来,中国职业教育跨境输出应融合办学地方特色,坚持文化自信;多校企协同跨境输出,增强办学实力;多维度架构跨境输出支持机制;系统构建输出评价机制。
Using the methods of data collection and analysis,this paper studies the cross-border export of China’s vocational education,and finds that there are significant spatial differences in the cross-border export of China’s vocational education.The export source provinces are mostly in the eastern coastal areas,and the geographical distribution of the export target countries is mainly in Southeast Asian countries.The export mode adopts undertaking foreign assistance,recruiting foreign students,running schools abroad,outputting standards and build international cooperation platforms.The cross-border export specialty of vocational education is basically consistent with the foreign investment trend of Chinese enterprises.The study also found that the cross-border export of China’s vocational education is facing some problems,such as the insufficient depth of school-enterprise cooperation,and put forward some suggestions to promote the construction of the cross-border export mechanism of China’s vocational education.
