摘要
立德树人根本任务对高职教育提出新要求,产业转型升级对技术技能人才提出新需求,学生成长成才对优质教育提出新诉求,所有这些,都要求高职院校必须把握新发展阶段,构建更高水平人才培养体系。然而,人才培养体系至今没有明确的概念和准确的界定,尚未搭建出清晰的框架,人才培养体系的要素、结构以及运行机制尚不明确,高职人才培养体系的特点、功能尚不清晰,在人才培养过程中存在顾此失彼的现象。必须基于系统科学构建高职人才培养体系,明晰人才培养体系的结构要素和运行机制,强化人才培养过程的开放性和整体性,大力提升校企合作水平,创新职业能力清单化、课程模块化、教材活页化、团队结构化的人才培养机制。
Morality Education put forward new requirements for higher vocational education,transformation and upgrading of industries put forward new requirements for technical and skilled talents,the growth and development of students put forward new demands for quality education.All of the above require higher vocational colleges to grasp the new development stage and construct a high-level talent training system.However,there is no generally accepted concept and definition of the talent training system.The framework,elements,structure,operating mechanism,characteristics and functions of system are not clear.Therefore,there will be trade-of in the process of talent training.The paper constructed the high-level higher vocational colleges talent training system based on system science,make clear it’s structure and operational mechanism,strengthen the integrity and openness of the talent training process,promote the level of schoolenterprise cooperation,and propose the talents training mechanism,which is composed of capacity listed,course modularized,loose-leaf teaching materials and team structured.
