摘要
课程思政是实现全程、全方位育人的重要基础,以高职机械类专业为例分析了高职机械类专业课程思政的现状,提出高职坚持顶层设计“三全育人”机制,合理配置专业课课程思政的教育资源,制定专业课与思政教育融合的考核激励机制,鼓励教师参与专业课课程思政;搭建专业与思政贯通的教育平台,强化专业课思政师资队伍的建设,形成机械类专业课程教学与课程思政相互融合的育人机制,培养合格的社会主义建设者和接班人。
Curriculum ideology and politics is the important base to realize all-round talent cultivation.Taking the mechanical majors as an example,this paper analyzed the current situation of curriculum ideology and politics of the mechanical majors in higher vocational colleges.It is suggested that higher vocational colleges should adhere to the top-level design of“Three-in-one Education”mechanism,rationally allocate education resources of curriculum ideology and politics of professional courses,formulate the assessment and incentive mechanism of the integration of professional courses and ideological and political education,and encourage teachers to participate in the curriculum ideology and politics of professional courses.To build an education platform for major and ideological and political education integration,strengthen the construction of ideological and political teachers for professional courses,form an educational mechanism for the integration of the teaching of mechanical courses with the curriculum ideology and politics,and cultivate qualified socialist builders and successors.
