摘要
产教融合不仅仅是高职院校人才培养改革的主旋律,更是市场经济体制下校企合作与校企共赢的必然趋势。通过分析当前产教融合的基本概念及它对高职建设工程管理专业人才培养的积极影响,探究了产教融合视域下人才培养质量的影响因素,重点阐述了在产教融合视域下成立完善的产教融合教学管理部门、开展分层式产教融合教学、建设"双师型"教师团队、构建高效的教学质量监评体系等策略,以提升高职建设工程管理专业人才培养质量,为国家培养更多德智体美劳均衡发展的优质技术技能型人才。
The integration of industry and education is not only the main theme of the reform of talent training in higher vocational colleges,but also the inevitable trend of school-enterprise cooperation and school-enterprise win-win under the market economy system.Through the analysis of the current basic concepts of the integration of industry and education and its positive impact on the training of higher vocational construction engineering management major talents,the influencing factors of talent training quality from the perspective of the integration of industry and education are explored.This paper focuses on expounding the strategies of setting up a perfect teaching management department of the integration of industry and education from the perspective of the integration of industry and education,carrying out hierarchical teaching of integration of industry and education,building a"double-qualified"teacher team,and building an efficient teaching quality supervision and evaluation system,to improve the training quality of construction engineering management major talents in higher vocational colleges,and train more high-quality technical and skilled talents who are all-round moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic ground with a hard-working spirit for the country.
