摘要 文章讨论了基于现代学徒制的校企一体化育人机制。校企签订合作协议,践行了"上课即上岗、上学即上班、入校即入厂"的校企一体化育人理念;创新了现代学徒制人才培养模式,实现了校企联合培养;制定制度标准,规范了学徒培养;校企共建"双师型"协同教学团队,校企共同开发教学资源;共建校内外实训基地,面向轨道交通行业,培养了大批企业急需的"工匠",人才培养取得了显著成效。 The modern apprenticeship education mechanism of school-enterprise integration is discussed in this paper. That school and enterprise signs a cooperation agreement practices the education idea of "attending classes means going to work, going to school means going to work, and entering schools means entering factories". The integration has innovated the modern apprenticeship system talent training mode, realized the school-enterprise joint training, formulated the system standard, standardized the apprentice training. School-enterprise joint construction of "double-qualified" collaborative teaching team, school-enterprise joint development of teaching resources, joint construction of training bases inside and outside the school, oriented to the rail transit industry, has cultivated a large number of craftsmen urgently needed by enterprises and achieved remarkable results in personnel training.
