摘要
扬州工业职业技术学院建筑工程系于2015年起开始践行O2O模式的顶岗实习人才培养新模式。文章对顶岗实习单位的选择原则、基于O2O架构的顶岗实习系统的设计、顶岗实习系统的功能设计、顶岗实习系统软件和顶岗实习的评价体系等几个方面进行了详细的阐述。事实证明,将O2O的商业模式引入土建类学生顶岗实习中,颠覆了以往的顶岗实习模式,把集中于实习现场的学习、咨询、讨论和实践等环节分布到线上学习、讨论、咨询、考核和线下实践两个不同层次的平台上,帮助学生完成整个顶岗实习过程。该模式践行四年,取得了良好的效果。
Since 2015,the Department of Architectural Engineering of Yangzhou Polytechnic Insititute has begun to practice the new model of O2 O model internship training.This paper elaborates from the selection principle of the internship unit,the design of the internship system based on the O2 O structure,the functional design of the internship system,the internship system software and the evaluation system of the internship in detail.It has proved that the business model of O2 O has been introduced into the internship of civil engineering students.This model has subverted the previous internship mode and distributed the learning,consultation,discussion and practice focused on the internship site to two different levels of platforms for online learning,discussion,consultance,assessment,and offline practice.This model has been practiced for four years,helps students to complete the whole internship process and has achieved good results.
