摘要
目的了解渭南市水源性高碘区儿童碘营养状况,为科学调整碘缺乏病防治措施提供依据。方法2014—2015年从富平县抽取水源性高碘地区刘集镇及附近的留古镇、到贤镇、王寮镇,从中各随机采集120份8~10岁儿童的尿样,共480份,按照WS/T 107-2006进行尿碘含量检测。结果2014—2015年刘集镇、留古镇、到贤镇、王寮镇儿童尿碘中位数分别为430.71、324.35、359.97、298.69μg/L。尿碘结果<100μg/L的样本占3.3%,100~199μg/L的占11.3%,200~299μg/L的占21.9%,≥300μg/L的占63.5%。不同地区、年龄、性别、年份间儿童尿碘监测结果差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论4个监测镇儿童尿碘水平处于超适宜量或碘过量,无碘缺乏情况,今后需继续加强饮用水碘对儿童碘营养状况影响的监测工作。
[Objective]To understand the iodine nutritional status of children in water source high iodine zone in Weinan,and provide the basis for scientifically adjusting the prevention and control measures of iodine deficiency.[Methods]A total of 480 urine samples of children aged 8-10 years old in water source high iodine zone of Liuji town,and nearby towns of Liugu,Daoxian and Wang were collected from 2014-2015,120 samples in each town.The contents of urine iodide were detected according to WS/T 107-2006.[Results]The median of urine iodine in Liuji town,Liugu town,Daoxian town and Wang town were 430.71,324.35,359.97 and 298.69μg/L.The samples with urine iodine<100μg/L accounted for 3.3%,100-199μg/L accounted for 11.3%,200-299μg/L accounted for 21.9%,and≥300μg/L accounted for 63.5%.The differences of monitoring results of urine iodine in different district,age,gender and year were statistically significant(all P<0.05).[Conclusion]The urine iodine levels of children in four towns are in exceeding suitable quantity or iodine exceed,and no iodine deficiency.The monitoring work of effect of drinking water iodine on children’s iodine nutritional status should be strengthened.
