不同产地阳春砂挥发油标志性差异成分分析 被引量:2

Analysis of Symbolic Difference Components of Volatile Oils from Amomum villosum Fruits with Different Producing Areas

摘要 目的:对比分析广东、广西、云南产地的阳春砂中挥发油成分,为不同产地阳春砂的鉴别提供依据。方法:以水蒸气蒸馏法提取不同产地阳春砂挥发油,利用GC-MS法分析不同产地阳春砂挥发油成分,采用主成分分析(PCA)和正交偏最小二乘判别分析(OPLS-DA)法寻找阳春砂不同产地间差异性成分。结果:广东、广西、云南产样品中挥发油提取率分别为3.09%~4.29%、3.09%~4.38%、3.35%~4.20%;经GC-MS分析得出阳春砂主要成分32个;通过SIMCA-P 14.1软件分析得出广东与广西产样品的特征性差异成分为(-)-β-蒎烯、(1S)-(-)-冰片、3-蒈烯、ɑ-copaene、4-甲基-1-(1-甲基乙基)-双环[3.1.0]己-2-烯,广东与云南产样品的特征性差异成分为β-榄香烯,广西与云南产样品的特征性差异成分为β-榄香烯、莰烯、(1S)-(-)-冰片、4-甲基-1-(1-甲基乙基)-双环[3.1.0]己-2-烯。结论:不同产地阳春砂挥发油成分存在一定差异,该研究结果对鉴别不同产地阳春砂具有一定指导意义。 Objective:To compare and analyze the volatile oil components of Amomum villosum fruits from Guangdong,Guangxi,Yunnan,so as to provide basis for the identification of Amomum villosum from different producing areas.Methods:The volatile oils of Amomum villosum fruits from different producing areas were extracted by steam distillation,the components of the volatile oils were analyzed by GC-MS.The principal component analysis(PCA)and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis(OPLS-DA)methods were used to find the different components of Amomum villosum fruits from different producing areas.Results:The extraction rate of volatile oils from Guangdong,Guangxi and Yunnan samples were 3.09%~4.29%,3.09%~4.38%,3.35%~4.20%,respectively.Thirty-two main components were obtained by GC-MS analysis.According to SIMCA-P 14.1 software,the characteristic differential components of the samples from Guangdong and Guangxi were(-)-β-pinene,(1S)-(-)-borneol,3-carene,α-copaene,laurene,4-methyl-1-(1-methylethyl)-bicyclo[3.1.0]hexe-2-ene.β-Elemene was the characteristic differential component in the samples from Guangdong and Yunnan.The characteristic differential components of the samples from Guangxi and Yunnan were camphene,(1S)-(-)-borneol,4-methyl-1-(1-methylethyl)-bicyclo[3.1.0]hexe-2-ene,β-elemene.Conclusion:There are some differences in the volatile oil components of Amomum villosum fruits from different producing areas.The results have certain guiding significance for the identification of Amomum villosum from different producing areas.
