摘要
目的:研究川牛膝正丁醇部位的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20葡聚糖凝胶柱色谱、制备高效液相色谱等对川牛膝的化学成分进行分离纯化。并根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从川牛膝中分离纯化了15个化合物,分别鉴定为:3,5-dimethoxy-benzyl alcohol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(1)、guaiacylglycerol(2)、2,4,6-三甲氧基苯酚-1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、pyrocatechol-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4)、tinotuberide(5)、isoscopoletin-β-D-glucoside(6)、lariside(7)、6,7-二甲氧基香豆素(8)、杯苋甾酮(9)、25-epi-28-epi-cyasterone(10)、24-hydroxycyasterone(11)、3-O-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→3)-(n-butyl-β-D-glucopyranosiduronate)]-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl oleanolic acid(12)、meliasendanin D(13)、periplocain A(14)、(±)-5,5′-dimethoxylariciresinol-4′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(15)。结论:其中,化合物1~8、13~15为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the n-butyl alcohol extract of the roots of Cyathula officinalis.Methods:The chemical constituents from the roots of Cyathula officinalis were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography,ODS column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography and preparative HPLC and others.The structures of the compounds were identified according to the physical and chemical properties and spectral data.Results:Fifteen compounds were isolated from the roots of Cyathula officinalis and identified as 3,5-dimethoxy-benzyl alcohol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),guaiacylglycerol(2),2,4,6-trimethoxyphenol-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),pyrocatechol-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4),tinotuberide(5),isoscopoletin-β-D-glucoside(6),lariside(7),6,7-dimethoxycoumarin(8),cyasterone(9),25-epi-28-epi-cyasterone(10),24-hydroxycyasterone(11),3-O-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→3)-(n-butyl-β-D-glucopyranosiduronate)]-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl oleanolic acid(12),meliasendanin D(13),periplocain A(14),(±)-5,5′-dimethoxylariciresinol-4′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(15),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 1 to 8,13 to 15 are isolated from Cyathula officinalis for the first time.
